Amity Services LLC is a privately owned and licensed agency serving a wide community in Minnesota. Our team is composed of trained professionals who can provide the best possible care. We deliver Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) to persons with disabilities and persons age 65 and older. We offer a seamless system of supports that will address each client’s specific needs through individualized programs. Person-centered planning is the backbone of our program.
